ATSI is an international trade association established in 1942 by and for entrepreneurs in the TeleServices business. Our members provide a wide variety of services to businesses, governmental agencies, local emergency respondents and the general public. Members operate in and are concerned with their local communities, while providing national and international connections and services. Truly entrepreneurial in their approach to issues, ATSI members offer innovative solutions to business problems and essential response services in disaster situations.

 

 

ATSI strives to aid its members and their clients by: promoting fair competition through the pursuit of appropriate regulation and legislation; providing research into and development of our industry and its current and prospective markets; providing support services; offering educational opportunities and resources to address the challenges and trends affecting our operating environments; and encouraging and maintaining high standards of ethics and services.

 

ATSI represents businesses providing TeleServices - an industry that grew from the simple need to answer a ringing phone to one that rides the crest of telecommunications and technological change. This includes telephone answering services, voice-mail services, inbound and outbound telemarketing services and any other business which provides enhanced communication services. 

Our industry members combine a high level of technical knowledge and competence combined with highly trained, reliable personnel ready and able to meet the challenging demands of today’s multi-faceted business and public needs.
