The ATSI Executive Committee consists of four (4) voting members, comprised as follows:
1. The President
2. The President-Elect
3. The Vice President/Treasurer
4. The Vice President/Secretary
and one (1) non-voting member, the Immediate Past President
The ATSI Executive Committee is charged with the overall administration and documentation that guide the organization, as directed by the Board of Directors. The Executive Committee is empowered to make emergency decisions and to take care of issues that arise between board meetings. Such action must be consistent with the overall policy, actions and financial decisions reached by the ATSI Board of Directors, and shall be reported to the Board of Directors no later than its next meeting. No extra-budgetary financial obligations may be entered into by the Executive Committee without the consent of the Board of Directors.
