Mission Statement
To encourage TAS equipment vendors to provide all statistics that are commonly used by customers for service level management. This is important because the kind of customers that many of us are seeking typically ask for such information from business process outsourcing (BPO) firms and need assurances that these statistics are complete, truthful, comparable and accurate.
To educate our members on how SLA statistics are commonly used by customers.
To develop an accreditation process that can vouch for a member’s quality of work.
