 Loss Prevention Hot-Line

If you are a subscriber to the ATSI Errors & Omissions Insurance Program, you now have free, immediate and confidential access to experts in the legal defense and loss prevention fields.

Information and counseling is available on issues relating to:

  • Contract provisions dealing with liability and damage issues
  • Claim or potential claim situations
  • Errors and Omissions insurance matters

  • An appropriately experienced attorney will staff the Hot Line. In the event the attorney is unavailable, your call will to go the voice mail and telephone response from the attorney will be made available within one business day.
  • An appropriately experienced attorney will response to email to the Hot Line within one business day.
  • The attorney will devote up to one hour providing you with information and counseling on issues relating to contract provisions dealing with liability and damage issues; claim or potential claim situations; and error and omission insurance matters.
  • Information and advice on the ATSI Hot Line are provided by attorneys from Wilson, Elser, Moskowitz, Edelman & Dicker, LLP (WEMED). WEMED represents the insurers for the ATSI Errors and Omissions program. However, WEMED will not receive the calls in its capacity as claims counsel for the insurers.
  • The program is self-funded by the ATSI Errors and Omission Insurance Program.

Rules of Use

  • The ATSI Loss Prevention Hot-Line is available to ATSI members enrolled in the ATSI Errors and Omission Insurance Program.
  • You must provide your E&O Insurance policy number to proceed with the call.
  • Calls must be limited to issues relating to claims or potential claims that may be reportable under the E&O Insurance Program.
  • Response from the attorney on a particular matter is limited to one hour. You will be warned when the time limit has been reached. If you agree to pursue the issue further, additional time will be billed to the caller.
  • The information and counseling does not establish any attorney-client relationship between WEMED and the caller. Any information and counseling received by you should be confirmed by your own legal counsel.
  • The number of calls per month from individual participants may be limited at a future date.
  • WEMED will not communicate the nature of any calls to the E&O Insurance Program Underwriters, nor will any calls be deemed as notice to Underwriters of any matter under the Program.
  • Should you express a wish to report a matter to the ATSI Errors and Omission Insurance Program Underwriters through the Hot-Line, WEMED shall be authorized to accept such notice on behalf of Underwriters, provided it is transmitted to WEMED in written form, including mail, fax or email.
