Spotlight On: Communications

ATSI’s industry information piece “Spotlight On Communications”, which can be previewed on our homepage, has been seen by over 5 million viewers on public television stations nationwide. 

The program focuses on the way the communications industry was built from its very small beginnings in Alexander Graham Bell’s laboratory to the incredible heights of current technologies. With the invention of the phone came the need for it to be answered, and the creation of our industry. This educational piece looks at how the industry has progressed to keep pace with and provide an intelligent human interface to provide real services in a hi-tech world.

The program is an excellent way to introduce people to our industry and the great technological changes that have swept it since the introduction of the cordboard.
