Founded in 1964, the Canadian Call Management Association (CAM-X) is an industry trade association representing Call Centres and Telephone Answering Companies in Canada. CAM-X is a not-for-profit, member driven association. The needs and concerns of the Call Centre and TAS industry are in the forefront of CAM-X activities. CAM-X is a cohesive group of concerned business people dedicated to helping owners and managers increase their business markets, profits and opportunities.


Atlantic States Telephone Answering Association (ASTAA) is an association of Telemessaging services from Maryland, Virginia, West Virginia, Delaware, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and the District of Columbia dedicated to promoting the welfare of the telephone answering industry through encouragement and the maintenance of high standards of ethics and service.


Great Lakes TeleServices Association (GLTSA) endeavors to provide quality educational materials and networking opportunities to our members within the Great Lakes Region including Wisconsin, Illinois, Indiana, Michigan and Ohio.


Southern Telemessaging Association (STA) is for TAS owners in the South East region of the US, including but not limited to Florida, Georgia, Alabama, North and South Carolina, Tennessee, Kentucky, Mississippi and Louisiana. It is the purpose of this organization to foster, promote and develop the Telemessaging industry through mutual cooperation of members through educational seminars for owners as well as supervisory and front line staff.


One of the greatest strengths of the Western States Telemessaging Association (WSTA) is the benefit of networking with owners and managers who have dealt with similar issues you may be facing in dealing with operators or general operations issues. Our membership is open to answering services and call centers across North America. WSTA is focused on making YOUR call center better through education and networking as well as specialized products available to WSTA members.
