Our purpose is simple: we exist to advance the interests of all international telephone answering services (TAS) providers and improve their experience through education, resources and networking.

In this manner, we take pride in promoting fair competition through the pursuit of appropriate regulation and legislation. Active in research and development, our industry experts know the current and prospective markets by heart — and are always ready to provide support services for new and established TAS businesses.

The ATSI University is the main resource where we provide educational information and resources which actively address the challenges and needs affecting telephone answering services and call centers in their operating environments.

Many TAS owners attend our annual conference and tradeshow to meet and learn about new technologies and platforms that support business growth and profit enhancement.
